The control principle of the tape tension is shown in Figure 1. The specific process is as follows.
Tension setting
The tape tension set value of the roll paper is input to the PLC device of the paper tray through the operation panel, ensuring that the tension of the paper tape leaving the paper feeding device during the transfer is in the range of 100 to 400N.
2. Given output
The PLC device of the paper tray controls the air pressure change of the floating roller cylinder by the paper tension tension given signal of the web through the electro-pneumatic conversion device (E/P).
3. Tension sensing
When the web tension of the web and the force of the dancer roll change, the dancer roller swings an angle around its pivot point. The 1POT of the tape tension angular displacement potentiometer mounted on the slewing bracket shaft will undergo a corresponding voltage change and the corresponding voltage signal will be transmitted to the PLC device of the paper tray again.
