Liang: Everyone will choose Park's single-store shop efficiency increase.



Q: Will shop-style win the world, is this case a predictable new retail trend?

Liang: This is not a simple yes no answer. This is indeed a naked occurrence. In the future, Party A will not only act as a space provider and drainer, but also be responsible for managing the business environment. The demand for Party A will now be higher. Party A is an internal retail consultant of Party B. It will help Party B quickly find target consumers and look for more opportunities to increase store efficiency. Park: In China, we have 30 groups to manage. The country is divided into three regions. Each region has 6 to 16 stores. The common portion has 60%, but the difference is also 40%.

Zhang: Many shopping malls are building their own theme streets. From time to time, we will have some theme exhibition activities and create some theme points that often change.


Q: The new retail mentioned by Ma Yun, I understand it is to overturn the traditional e-commerce channel into a new model. We did an ISPO Academy training class in 13 years and had done an omni-channel training class. On this issue, I would like to hear a few understandings of the omni-channel concept.

Liang: The whole channel is inevitable, but it can be achieved not in the short term. First, we need to solve the pain points. The mode and object of the omni-channel is to subvert the objects of the traditional channels. The brands that own the Internet gene will use fans to open stores, if traditional clothing goes If you go offline, you will also have pain points. Because they rely on third parties, there is no precipitation of the Internet.

Piao: The e-commerce and logistics system is not open. For example, what you buy online is not refundable under the line. In the future we may plan the area.

Zhang: We are a department store retailer. We also hope that there will be passenger flow, online promotion, and offline drainage. We will build consumer stickiness online, but the omni-channel problem still needs time to be solved.


Q: In 2017, what are the three steps that will be taken by the three targets?

Liang: Party A and Party B have their own ideas for the omni-channel. When everyone is together, there must be some overlap. Positioning is very important. Brand retailers have their own pain points in retail commercial department stores. Everyone is facing changes in the same market. If you want to hold hands with department stores, you must learn to share benefits. Learn to open up channels and learn to cooperate.

Zhang: We are all in a new stage. The encounter is also an opportunity. We need to let everyone know about the Wangfujing O2O platform, and then attract more B parties for more in-depth cooperation.

Park: The winner takes everything. If there is a winner's condition, we can take the initiative to guide other aspects. If we cannot achieve one victory, then we sit down and talk together, step by step small goals slowly and finally realize Big goal.
