Cutting machine operation precautions

1) Static electricity can cause faults or even damage to the slitter control system. Before the machine starts, please open the static eliminator. (make sure the power switch is turned on first)

2) Adjust the supply pressure to (0.5-0.6) Mpa

3) The mother roll is transported to the unwinding section, choose to use 3//or 6//cone head, according to the parent roll diameter, press the slitter up or down to adjust the discharge rack to the appropriate height and visually measure the width of the mother roll The conical top cylinder stroke moves the discharge rack to a suitable width, and for a good film roll, the conical top clutch knob locks the film roll.

4) Press the up or down button again to adjust to a suitable height.

5) Penetrate the film according to the drawing pattern and manually pull it to the position of the take-up reel and use the photoelectric switch to position it.

6) Move the eye to a suitable position and tighten the hand wheel. (Adjust to the position where the edge detection line or line detection can be performed) and press Auto Correct. (You can fine-tune the photocell)

7) Use the boom on the discharge operation box to release the retracting reel stand and release the reel. Put the used and quantity of paper core on the take-up reel. Use the boom lock on the discharge operation box to close the take-up reel stand and lock the take-up reel to assist the press roller. (Depending on the slitting width, select the appropriate auxiliary contact roller.

8) Install the blade, select the slitting method, adjust the position of the knife, use the infrared paper core positioning system, modify the position of the paper core, and paste the slit film on the paper core.

9) Make sure the length encoder is against the pulling roller.

10) Confirm that the power-on operation has been completed, set the film thickness on the touch screen, the winding tension, the length of the slitter, etc., and use the fan switch to turn on the fan to introduce the waste edge into the air duct.

11) Make sure the speed setting indicator is 0, press the start button, confirm that there is no accidental use of the speed switch button to make it light up, and then use the acceleration knob to speed up the speed boot operation.

12) Press the stop button, the take-up reel and drive roller begin to decelerate, and decelerate to a stop. (when the winding diameter and length reach the set value, the winding and drive will automatically decelerate and stop)

13) Extremely stop only at very moment!
