Recently, Bradman-lake of the United Kingdom has developed a three-side-sealed bag making machine, model Fec Triliner II, which has been put on the market.
The three-side sealing bag-making machine can achieve a bag production efficiency of up to 250 per minute within a set size range through a newly designed multi-function unit. With this functional unit, the conversion time of the bag size can be reduced to a minimum. The transmission part of the bag making machine allows the mechanical shaft, transmission gear and turntable to be controlled by the optical fiber cable. The conveyor equipped with a flexible rubber gripper transports the pockets to a newly designed rotary table to rotate the pockets 90 degrees to complete the three-sided envelope process.
