PET, PP dual-use rotary blowing machine

Automatic billet

The preforms in the hopper of the ECOBLO series blower dribble through the conveyor belt into the row of blanks, the speed of which is controlled by a frequency-modulated motor. The neatly arranged preforms slide down the inclined blanks under their own weight and are sent to the spinning star. Shape wheel. The start of blank delivery or stop blank delivery is monitored by the computer.
When the preform is rotated with the star wheel to a predetermined position, the cam-controlled pallet head falls and is just inserted into the preform mouth.

Preform heating

The preforms mounted on the fixtures are driven by a special chain and turned over by 180 degrees through a special spiral groove, which is heated along the track into the light box. The electronic system manages 14 light boxes. Infrared photoelectric sensors detect the heating temperature of the preforms and automatically regulate the voltage of each lamp. In order to make the inside and outside temperature of the preform consistent, the system is equipped with reasonable ventilation and blowing devices. The heated preform is then flipped through a spiral groove. During the advancement, the preform is held by a rotating robot while being controlled by the cam. When the mold is close to the mold, the accompanying fixture is pulled out instantaneously, and the heated preform is sent to the blow mold cavity in turn by the robot.

Operation control

ECOBLO devices use Siemens Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to manage all machine movements. Photoelectric monitoring devices are installed at more than 20 links to control the operation and monitoring of various errors that may occur. If any problems are found, they will be alarmed in time and additional actions or shutdowns will be added to provide the operator with a diagnostic report. All the parameters of the machine operation can be adjusted, such as temperature changes, blowing time, stretching time, bottle-out speed, and so on. Some important parameters can also be expressed in three-dimensional animations and images, and provide online help. For the sake of safety, the machine cannot be started when fine-tuning manually, changing the molds, overhauling the equipment, and opening the doors and windows.

Stretching - Blowing


The sealing cylinder seals the preform mouth, and the stretching rod attached to the cylinder completes the longitudinal stretching of the preform and blows through the high-pressure gas path in the rotating cylinder. The rotating mold opening and closing motion is controlled by a mechanical cam to ensure long-term stability.

Bottle out

When the cam control opens the blown mold, the bottle in the mold is taken out by another set of rotating robots. With a simple mechanical device, the neatly arranged product bottles are output on the conveyor belt and connected to the next process, such as cleaning, Sterilization, filling and so on.
