However, the cardboard is “lightweight†and the possibility that the corrugated board is crushed is higher. The author hereby shares his practical experience at the production site. .
â– Raw materials
The corrugated paper used by us must meet the national standards. When we produce 105 g of corrugated paper, we must base paper manufacturers to achieve Class B national standard (C class paper is not easy to produce corrugated crushing due to insufficient ring pressure), so we have quality control for each carton factory. The work must be done. The company first sets a good corporate standard, and then asks our suppliers to do it. Table 1 shows that a carton manufacturer refers to a national standard;
Every batch of raw paper is required to be inspected by QC. Never allow unqualified products to flow into the production area. Non-conforming products must be isolated and clearly marked.

Whether the temperature of the corrugating roller is sufficient (when the temperature of the corrugated rod is not enough, the corrugated height produced during production is not enough). Generally, a well-managed company will send someone to inspect the temperature of the entire assembly line (generally, boiler workers are recommended to do this work). We must pay special attention to the corrugating roller during production. The operation method is the biggest problem. At present, many domestic manufacturers are developing production management systems for carton factories. However, it is recommended that carton manufacturers should carefully consider them so as to avoid unnecessary waste.
The influence of the suction of the flyover, the overdraft suction is too large, it is easy to drag the corrugated, it is necessary to pay attention to the rotation of each axis, there is the angle of the situation, the parallelism of each axis should always detect, always pay attention.

Generally hot plates and canvas belts are easily formed. On the hot plate, clean the hot plate every time you change the width of the door, avoid the paper plate and then stop the cleaning. Compared to cleaning the production gap, you will waste more energy and financial resources. On the canvas belt, it should be cleaned regularly every day, and the canvas belts should be cleaned thoroughly every week. Generally, the canvas belt is used for bubbling for a period of time to be softened, and then cleaned with a wire brush. Do not save time in order to save time. As a result, after accumulating to a certain extent, more time is lost for cleaning.
In order to produce good quality products, the air permeability of the canvas belt is better. After a certain period of time has passed, it must be replaced. It is not because of the temporary cost savings that the cardboard produced is warped.
Pressure roller
The number of pressure rollers used
Must use a reasonable amount of pressure roller (in different seasons, the number of pressure roller used is not the same, according to the actual situation in a timely manner);
Each pressure roller must be uniform, and the radial and axial directions must be controlled within 2 wires. Otherwise, the thickness of the pressure roller will be insufficient because of the elliptic shape of the pressure roller.
The gap between the pressure roller and the hot plate must be adjusted to leave a fine-tuned space, which can be adjusted according to the shape (height) of the corrugation. Domestic corrugated board machines may not have this capability at present, but as long as the control and adjustment are obtained, such problems can still be solved;
It is recommended that carton manufacturers use hot platens instead of pressure rollers, provided of course that our operating level must reach the level of automation equipment used.
â– Afterwards
Cross cutters must use a reasonable sun gear at the entrance and exit. Generally, they are tested at 5 to 60 degrees with a Shore hardness tester to avoid crushing the cardboard.
