Recycling of secondary waste plastics

In daily life, some of the waste plastics we recycle are secondary, and these raw materials are generally miscellaneous. It is because many miscellaneous materials are mixed together and it is difficult to process. It requires a lot of manpower and material resources. For different raw materials, we should have different equipment to handle.

In order to make the mix uniform, all of its components must be in a molten state and processed at a high shear rate. The temperature required for mixing the high-melting components causes degradation of the low-melting components, so the residence time must be shortened. In view of these two requirements, it is required that:

1. The reprocessing equipment must be able to withstand high shear rates at high temperatures to reduce the processing time.

2. The source and composition of waste plastics are required to be relatively fixed to ensure the stability of the recycled product performance.

3, equipment, low energy consumption, large output, making its cost to a minimum.

Although the economics of recycling waste plastics are very different from those made with new materials. The price of recycled materials is relatively low, however, other aspects of the cost are quite high, such as the service life of the equipment, the general management expenses of the company, etc. Therefore, only high productivity can reduce the cost.
