* Toray Offset Printing

a) The alignment film is placed on the Toray offset plate and the film is attached to the Toray offset plate.

* Flexo version of the sun

a) Remove the protective gel from the Flexo plate, place the film on the Flexo plate, align it on the puncher, and fix it with a sticker (the film is down, and the longer oval of the film is parallel to the shorter side of the Flexo plate).

b Set the BASF Flexo version (lighting time is 180 to 210 seconds; wash time is 480 seconds; water temperature is preferably less than 18 degrees; drying temperature is 60 degrees; time is 15 minutes).

c) Place the Flexo plate in the tanning layer of the BASF Flexo plate. After completely covering the plate with a tape, turn on the vacuum. When the vacuum level reaches -0.6 to -0.7, the light can be started.

d) Determine that the squeegee layer of the plate has water and the water temperature is below 18 degrees. Dry the wash black plate with a cloth, stick the Flexo plate to the black plate, place the black plate in water, close the lid, and start washing. When the plate is washed, check whether the plate is washed. If not, wash it for several more minutes.

e) Wipe the Flexo plate gently with clean paper, place it on the drying layer, turn on the dryer, and dry it until it is completely dried.

f) Place in the matt layer of the BASF Flexo plate for light, which is three times the first calendering time.

g) Hang the machine after punching holes in the hole puncher.

2.3 Offset Printing Offset Printing Process

First, press the Flexo version of the Toray Offset version according to the specified requirements, and then install the version on the Offset Printing Roller, clean it with a clean paper, and return the print head to zero. If not, printing will produce deviation. Then adjust the position of the offset version so that the various offset prints match and the printed image is clear. When adjusting the position, manual coarse adjustment is first performed, and the computer is fine-tuned. The fine adjustment range is -2.00mm to +2.00mm. Due to the different thicknesses of DVDs and VCDs, the thickness of the discs produced by different production lines is also different. Therefore, the printing pressure setting should be adjusted before printing to achieve the best results. When adjusting the pressure, first adjust the pressure of the Flexo Porcelain and Flexo plates, as long as the Flexo version just touches the porcelain enamel and completely touches the ink, then adjust the pressure between the Flexo plate and the disc, the pressure can not be too large, as long as there is no ink printed out Accumulated on the edge and the ink is printed on the dish without silver. When adjusting the four-color printing pressure, the greater the printing pressure, the darker the color. At the same time, adjust the printing temperature to adjust the depth of various colors. The higher the printing temperature, the darker the color. Make the printing effect meet the requirements of the sample regulations. The specific steps are as follows:

After commissioning, it can be produced. The production process is shown in the figure below. Before starting the machine, all the debris on the machine must be cleaned and the machine should be reset to zero. If it is not reset, the printing will produce deviations. Also check if the oil in the ink tank is sufficient. Under normal circumstances, the ink in the ink hopper should be between 1/3 and 1/2 of the ink hopper. Check if the ink can rotate with the ink cartridge. If it cannot rotate with it, use an oil knife to properly agitate the ink. Then press the Adjustment Mode to rotate the ink cartridge until the ink rotates in the ink cartridge. When the machine starts to rotate, it should wait until the machine accelerates to the set speed before it can start printing. If an emergency shutdown or other reason causes the disc to stop in the printing tower, it should be adjusted according to the Adjustment Mode to allow the disc to be transported out before restarting. If you need to clean the ink on the Toray Offset Plate, use a small amount of fluid or olein supplied with U314 or Metronic to avoid damage to the Toray Offset Plate. If using Toray Offset Plate, be sure to use oleoresin to clean it. The squeegee should be checked and replaced regularly. Pay attention to whether the squeegee blade is uneven or not. If it is uneven, it should be abandoned. And keep the ink bucket free of debris, dust or debris. Doing so can damage the porcelain enamel and affect the print quality.
