First, press the Flexo version of the Toray Offset version according to the specified requirements, and then install the version on the Offset Printing Roller, clean it with a clean paper, and return the print head to zero. If not, printing will produce deviation. Then adjust the position of the offset version so that the various offset prints match and the printed image is clear. When adjusting the position, manual coarse adjustment is first performed, and the computer is fine-tuned. The fine adjustment range is -2.00mm to +2.00mm. Due to the different thicknesses of DVDs and VCDs, the thickness of the discs produced by different production lines is also different. Therefore, the printing pressure setting should be adjusted before printing to achieve the best results. When adjusting the pressure, first adjust the pressure of the Flexo Porcelain and Flexo plates, as long as the Flexo version just touches the porcelain enamel and completely touches the ink, then adjust the pressure between the Flexo plate and the disc, the pressure can not be too large, as long as there is no ink printed out Accumulated on the edge and the ink is printed on the dish without silver. When adjusting the four-color printing pressure, the greater the printing pressure, the darker the color. At the same time, adjust the printing temperature to adjust the depth of various colors. If using Toray Offset Plate, be sure to use oleoresin to clean it. The squeegee should be checked and replaced regularly. Pay attention to whether the squeegee blade is uneven or not. If it is uneven, it should be abandoned. And keep the ink bucket free of debris, dust or debris. Doing so can damage the porcelain enamel and affect the print quality.
