High-performance thermal insulation coatings passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Science and Technology

Currently, the 863 Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, jointly organized by Beijing Capital Nanotechnology Co., Ltd., and the China Building Materials Science Research Institute and Hebei University of Technology, has passed the “863” Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Functional material field expert group acceptance. The “863” plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology is an abbreviation of the “High-tech Research and Development Plan” and is the highest level scientific and technological research program in China. The project project number is 2001AA322040. The entire project study lasted for 3 years. The research team headed by Dr. Liang Quansheng, Dr. Liang Guangchuan, and Dr. Xian Caijun worked closely to complete the tasks of the project. In this project, our company mainly undertook the sub-topic “Study on High-Performance Thermal Insulation Coatings” and succeeded in producing a system by developing tiny ceramics, glassy microspheres with closed hollow structures, and compounding of different materials. Thin coatings with lower thermal conductivity and high thermal reflectance have obtained two invention patents. Experts of the project acceptance group and Professor Pan Feng of Tsinghua University believe that the project has achieved good research results and has great industrial value. Beijing Capital Nanotech Co., Ltd. plans to carry out industrialized production on the basis of existing research results. It is expected that new products will be able to enter the market on a large scale in the second half of this year.
