RFID tag material

Smartstrate is said to be the first label material designed for RFID smart labels, which can overcome chip mosaic failures caused by multiple mechanical damage and electrostatic discharge in the value chain. The label material uses a unique multilayer protection system. A flexible buffer layer conforms to the shape of the embedded component, ensuring smooth printing on the surface material. This buffer layer also prevents the insert from being mechanically damaged. Another layer prevents static electricity, while a special surface coating provides an effective printing surface.
