1. The first few processes must comply with the relevant process requirements to reduce unnecessary work-related losses

(3) All signatures must be tied or flattened

(4) Sticky stencils are best glued to thick books

After sticking and other adhesives are dried, they are separated and bumped one by one, and then piled back inwards. If it is not completely separated, it will result in parking or multiple versions.

Book seal cutting is not standard, it will bring difficulties to the binding machine operation. There is a large error in the book seal cutting, and the operator has to move around the rules. It is very easy for the spine to be out of the middle and affect the quality of the product.

EVA high-speed hot-melt adhesives are the main raw material for high-speed glued-linked lines. If they are improperly selected, they will directly affect product quality and cause troubles to the production line. Unqualified EVA high-speed hot-melt adhesives have a slow curing speed. After drawing into the books, the wire drawing phenomenon is serious. The trays will be easily glued to make the spine crumpled. 3. Improve construction skills in the production process and reduce man-made missed work

1) Collating machine

Renewal post-entry workers must participate in training before attending the machine, and they must continuously improve their business skills in their work. When the machine continues to post, it is necessary to concentrate, less and more frequently. Each opponent's copy of the book must be checked, and the wrong version must be eliminated. He must collide with his back and carefully put it into the matching page bucket. Must have appropriate treatment measures (such as pressure, grip and other methods). 2) Binder

There are two main reasons that affect the normal operation of the bookbinder: one is the book cover and the other is wild glue.

After the book closure is completed, the operator should carefully check the cutting error with the rules as a standard, and pile up the books with the same error, and follow the same rules. Before the machine is on, it is necessary to check whether the book cover is down or not, and completely open the milling machine to prevent the book from being stuck on the machine.

After changing the rules, you should carefully check the length and thickness of the glue. If the amount of glue is not enough, it will cause the gel to accumulate in the tray. It is not the only way to stop processing. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the amount of glue at the beginning of construction. 3) Three-sided cutter

Three-side cutters have a low chance of human error, but the thick glue on the side of the book, the short glue, and the virtual workpiece will affect the normal construction of the cutter.
