Paint printing process

Paint printing is applicable to all kinds of fabrics. Because the feel of the knitted fabric is soft and the fabric is easily deformed by tension, it is required that the adhesive conjunctive film used has good hand feeling and the conjunctiva is easy. Acralamine F type adhesives, adhesives BH, 707 or other low temperature type adhesives may be used.

Process flow: printing → drying → fixing.
The fixing process fully cross-links the binder and the cross-linking agent to increase the fastness and further volatilizes the hot oil. Fixing can be used for hanging steaming, 100 °C, 57min; also available baking, 120 ~ 130 °C, 1.5 ~ 2min.

When printing, cross-linking agent should be added little by little, so as not to affect the printing and fabric feel. In addition, it must first be diluted with emulsified paste or water, and then added to the paste to prevent the paste from being partially cross-linked.
