3. Improper selection of printing paper

(1) The selected sheet of paper, if there is a large curl, will cause difficulties in feeding and affect the printing efficiency.

Due to papermaking process, equipment, operation and other reasons, the expansion and contraction ratios of the front and back sides of the paper are different, and the greater the gap, the greater the curling. In addition, a single sheet cut from webs tends to form a habitual curl. (2) The selected paper, such as powder falling, hair loss, etc., will seriously affect the quality of the printed paper. (3) The grain direction of specialty paper, if not selected, affects the quality of the printed product

When the lines of special paper are in the same direction as the printing direction, there may be tearing and wrinkling of the paper. When the lines of the special paper are perpendicular to the printing direction, ghosting is likely to occur; when the elasticity of the lines is large, overprinting is not allowed. When using specialty paper as a cover or as a cover for a mouthpiece, the folds tend to fluff or even break. When the special paper has embossed patterns, it is easy to make misprints and flowers, thereby affecting the appearance quality.
