A company has 2 MAN PLAMAG color printers, equipped with 8 printing units, each unit printing 3 colors (two colors, one color). Because the machine has been used for many years, it often happens that when the printing is mounted on a plurality of color groups, the layout running phenomenon occurs. Especially when changing the printing speed or receiving the paper, the running rule between the cross-colored groups is usually more than 3 mm.

Analyze the reason, because the operation of the tape is driven only by the tension of the tape, when the dynamic balance of the running changes due to the change of the printing speed or the change of the paper, the running rule is caused. From the principle of analysis, after running the gauge can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the NC layout (range within 2mm) and the tape position (range of more than 2mm) to correct. However, the time-consuming and fee-consuming papers during normal startup affect the print quality of the newspapers.

In the actual production, a manual adjustment knob can be added to the paper bar controlled by the position of the paper tape. Once the cross-color group has a running rule, just turn the knob, which is convenient, fast, and less wasteful. At the same time ensure the printing quality.
