4. Water-repellent layer: Use polyethylene film or PVC thickened water-proof film to be waterproofed. The overlapping area should be greater than 200mm, and the edge margin should be greater than 150mm.
5, cement concrete soil layer:
(1) The cement concrete of No. 250 or above shall be laid as a whole and the surface mortar shall be 1:1.
(2) After the flat plate is vibrated, the wooden box is used to pull the wool when the cement is collected, so that the plastic bonding is firmer.

(2) Roller roller should be wiped with clean water, avoid using diesel or other heavy oil scrubbing to ensure the adhesion of asphalt layer and plastic.
(B) Quality Requirements
1. There must be no cracks on the foundation surface, no obvious rolling wheel tracks, no oil, grease and unstirred asphalt blocks, and no induration, sinking, cracking, honeycombing or peeling.
2. There is no water blocking phenomenon on the surface of the foundation.
3. Flatness: The flatness pass rate is above 95% and the 3m ruler tolerance is within 3mm.

6. Density: The surface compaction density is over 97%, and the dry capacity is 2.35kg/liter or more.
7. Asphalt softening point>50°C, extension 60cm, penetration 1/10mm>60.
8, asphalt thermal stability factor: Kt = R20/R50 ≤ 3.5.

10, water absorption: 6-10%.
11, maintenance period: outdoor temperature 25 °C above 24 days.
