To solve this problem, the operator is required to adjust the pressure of the vertical line pressure roller in accordance with the thickness of the cardboard. Under normal circumstances, the depth of the three-layer cardboard roll line is preferably 2~3 mm pressed into the paperboard by the pressure roller. However, during normal production, the operator must adjust the pressure according to the quality of the base paper so as not to squash and easily fold.
(B) Unreasonable Crimping Wheels The most common use of cardboard pressure lines is convex to concave. Because of the different paper quality, production environment factors, and the thickness of the paperboard, the structure of the pressure roller used is also different. The main parameter is that the width of the upper and lower pressure roller should be appropriate, and the step transition arc of the pressure roller should be adjusted according to the depth of the pressure line and the applicable cardboard. In general, the thicker the cardboard, the corresponding larger width of the pressure line, for the three-layer paperboard can also use the arc surface of the pressure line wheel. Therefore, there is no unified structure for the pressure roller, which requires the carton factory to take the time to find a suitable pinch roller structure according to their actual conditions.
Solution:
1. The pressure roller structure is improved. The adjustment of the structure of the pinch roller can increase the radius of the step transition arc of the pinch roller appropriately.
2. The pre-compression is used to pre-press before the pressure is applied. The disadvantage is the formation of more obvious lines of pressure.
3. It is required that the quality of the base paper is better, and for the relatively high requirements of the paperboard, good quality paper and paper should be used.
4. The moisture content of the base paper and paperboard should be appropriate. The poorer the quality of the base paper, the drier the paperboard, the higher the chance of pressure lines breaking.
5. Appropriately control the depth of the pressure line. According to the thickness of the processed paperboard, the gap between the upper and the lower pressure roller is controlled so that the paperboard can obtain the proper pressure line.
6. Control the alignment of the centerline of the upper and lower pinch rollers to prevent misalignment of the pinch rollers.
7. For the paperboard with poor quality paper, touch the threader.
8. If it is due to the cause of the paperboard drying cracks, you can use water spray to increase the water content of the cardboard.
9. It is also possible to solve the problem of cracking of the pressure line by using a ladder-type pre-press roller.
