The second step is to calculate the minimum dot diameter D of the mesh printable by different meshes.
Let us first discuss the relationship between the minimum dot diameter D and the mesh diameter d and the number of screens M.
Because silk screen dots are disturbed by the wire diameter, the small dots are easily blocked by the wire and are lost. The degree of loss is related to the position of the dots on the screen.
As shown in Figure 2 on the following page, the diameter of the wire is d and the hole diameter is m. The circle with the diameter of Dmin illustrated contains four knots of 1, 2, 3, and 4 knots on the screen, and a relatively complete dot can be obtained with Dmin as the minimum dot diameter.
