Dahua Institute of vacuum adsorption and surface reaction in-situ characterization system development project passed

On June 13, Shao Jianping, a public analysis and testing group (DNL2001) of the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, undertook the “Innovation of In-situ Characterization System for Vacuum Adsorption and Surface Reaction of Infrared Spectroscopy”, a technical innovation project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences ’Instrument Equipment Function Development Project Acceptance. The acceptance expert group consists of Associate Researcher Liang Shuang of the Northeast Advanced Manufacturing and Materials Preparation Regional Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Deputy Director Zhu Lin of the Science and Technology Department of Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Researcher Liu Jinde of the Shenyang Institute of Automation, Research Associate Liu Meng of the Shenyang Institute of Metals, and Wang Feng Researcher composition, Deputy Director Zhu Lin served as the team leader.

The acceptance expert group heard the project development work report and financial report of the project leader, and the test report of the test expert group, reviewed relevant technical data, and conducted on-site verification of the operation of the development results. The expert group believes that the new vacuum adsorption and surface reaction infrared spectroscopy in-situ characterization experimental system developed and the new quartz infrared cell have advanced design concepts, exquisite technology, strong reliability and practicality. They are used as catalytic materials for the expansion of infrared spectrometers. The in-situ characterization of properties provides effective experimental technical support. The project results have important experimental application value and certain promotion value. The project achieved the goal of equipment function development, completed the tasks specified in the implementation plan, and agreed to pass the acceptance of the project.

The project is the first batch of equipment development functions supported by the Academy of Sciences. The careful implementation of the project, standardized acceptance and actual results have played a positive and exemplary role in the follow-up application, execution and organizational acceptance of such projects at the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
