Sichuan developed into an environmentally friendly energy-saving mixing station

A new type of concrete mixing station developed by Sichuan Modern Construction Electromechanical Group---“2-HZS120B Environmentally-friendly and Energy-saving Concrete Mixing Plant” has recently passed the identification of new products organized by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the Provincial Department of Construction to fill the current domestic gap.
The product features unique structure, small footprint, high productivity, and basic investment savings. Compared with similar products, energy conservation is about 20%. The main unit has small dust agitation pollution and high dust removal rate. It has a sewage reuse device, no sewage discharge, a reliable control system and a complete computer management system. The indicators have reached the requirements of the design task book. After inspection by the Provincial Construction Engineering Quality Inspection Station, its overall performance and main component performance are in line with and better than the provisions of the technical conditions of the GB 10172-88 concrete mixing plant (building). After trials by users, the operation is simple, and the performance is stable and reliable.
According to expert appraisals, the overall design of this product has broken through the traditional structure layout, and it has the features of small footprint, low noise, high degree of automation, good environmental protection and energy saving effect, and high reliability. Its main performance indicators have reached the international advanced level and leading domestic level.
