European style market at the end of self-heating package

Recently, Belgian packaging supplier EPOCA and Korean technology developer KSP Technology Co., Ltd. jointly developed a new self-heating packaging bag. The new product, which is mainly aimed at the fast food industry, will be put into the European market by the end of 2005.

The bag can be heated to a temperature of 60 °C -70 °C. It is 25°C-35°C warmer than earlier designs. When the button outside the package is pressed, a chemical reaction occurs inside the product to heat the product, which allows the product to be kept warm for more than 30 minutes. To facilitate drinking, straws are also provided outside the package. This bag can be made of polyester, polyethylene and aluminum, respectively, as required.
