[Reporter]: What are the outstanding features of these new products?
[Qin Xiaorui]: The current near-suction hood is already in the mainstream. Although it was a new product in the past few years, it has been accepted by many consumers through several years of promotion. The two models introduced this time, one is glass and the other is stainless steel, which is a series. In addition, the introduction of a dual-motor hood is a dual control. For example, if we work on the left stove, the motor on the right will not work. This highlights humanity and is also relatively low carbon, environmentally friendly and energy efficient.
[Reporter]: Just after the National Day, what is the harvest of this golden week good wife?
[Qin Xiaorui]: The National Day of the past few years, the National Day of the good wife is not very prominent, but this year has done a nationwide theme event, the effect is not bad. Our products are more affordable, and the activities are also very profitable, so the market reflects better. So far this year, we have completed more than 90% of sales for the whole year, so we are more confident about this year's sales. On the other hand, through this event, we have also enabled consumers to have a deeper understanding of the brand, which can be said to be the double benefit of sales performance and brand promotion.
[Reporter]: In addition to the traditional stores this year, online malls, such as Suning and Gome, are very popular, and the sales are not small. Are you also optimistic about e-commerce?
[Qin Xiaorui]: E-commerce is the trend of the times, and the development speed is also very fast. At present, e-commerce has occupied a large proportion of market sales. Now many companies are doing online sales. We plan to start e-commerce next year. We will have a relatively large investment in e-commerce, and set up an e-commerce operation department. Whether it is sales tasks or market investment, we will strive to operate e-commerce in the shortest possible time.
[Reporter]: When the store sells products, many of them will sell the extended warranty service to consumers. However, many consumers report that they do not know much about the extended warranty and are not at ease. What advice do you have for consumers?
[Qin Xiaorui]: I think many merchants just use the extended warranty of home appliances as a gimmick. If you can't break through the product, you can work harder under the warranty. In fact, it is better to do the product well. Then, during the warranty period, it has already given consumers a good guarantee. There is no need to emphasize the extension. Doing the product itself is the protection of consumers. We are not doing extension services now, but mainly focusing on making products and doing the products well.
[Reporter]: We found that when there are many sales people selling consumers to the extended warranty service, they will emphasize that “spent a little money, it will not be so troublesome after the warranty periodâ€, but do you think it is not necessary?
[Qin Xiaorui]: Yes, this is not a good phenomenon, and sometimes it may mislead consumers. The country originally had provisions for the warranty period of home appliances, and it would be fine according to national regulations. The key is to do a good job of product quality.
