[Reporter] The past Qingming Festival holiday is also an environment for market warming. Many building materials manufacturers feel that this clear sales response is not satisfactory. So what is the market situation from the Rhine Sun Floor?
[Carlin] Say the sales trend, the market can be said that this time is not very good. However, Korn Rheinland Sunshine is a relatively large brand. We have certain advantages in terms of products and services during this time. However, we certainly hope that the market will be better from April. In the first quarter, Kono Rheinland is doing well.
[Reporter] We are launching some new products this year, right?
[Carlin] Yes, we just got a dream series in March. It is a product with synchronous intermodulation and hand-graining. It looks like nothing special, but we introduced it from the US market. We took some samples for dealers and consumers. They think Very satisfied, then we picked some colors, because the surface structure and the entire product structure are more suitable for the European and American markets, and I think it should be done some localization before selling well.
[Reporter] So this series was imported from abroad, but the color has undergone some local transformation?
[Carlin] Right, so we think the whole effect is still pretty good. There are many products in our country that now have scratches, but the dream series is different from other ones, and consumers can also go and see. We will have two series in April, and now new products are definitely going to have good things, because consumers' demands are getting higher and higher, and the brand competitiveness in the market is getting bigger and bigger.
[Reporter] Every year, May Day is a golden period for the promotion of building materials and home furnishing industry. Would you please tell us about the promotion plan of May 1st?
[Carlin] Yes, we are ready in April. Our May Day brings seven big discounts to consumers. There will be rewards for placing the order and paying the full amount. In addition, we also have a lottery, free floor delivery, a total of seven styles. We hope that consumers will come to our store to consult. We found that, especially on the days of May 1st and 3.15, each brand is prepared to have a strong promotion. Now we must carefully prepare for it.
[Reporter] Have you felt that the floor market in this year has been under great pressure through the market in the first quarter of this year?
[Carlin] does have it, but to be honest, there has not been a particularly easy starting point in the past two or three years in China. We may still live better, and living better does not mean that we have no pressure. But now the entire domestic economy is developing so fast, and all industries are under pressure. Our net profit in the past three months is indeed better than last year. So I am also very optimistic about 2011.
[Reporter] I have learned that some flooring companies have introduced new products this year. They may be based on low-priced or high-cost products, which are especially close to mass consumption. Many floorings also penetrate into the second-tier and third-line markets. So, do we have a plan?
