Selection of rebound sponge hardness:
1. If the distance between the die cutters is <8mm, the sponge should be 60 ° Shore hardness.
2. If the distance between the die-cutting knives is> 8mm, the sponge glue should be 25 ° (pit paper) or 35 ° (cardboard) Shore hardness.
3. If the distance between the die cutter and the wire is <10mm, the hardness of the arch sponge should be 70 ° Shore; if> 10mm, the hardness of the sponge should be 35 ° Shore.
4. The die-cutting knife's punching position uses an arched rubber hard bottom of 70 ° Shore, which protects the connection point from being pulled off.
The commonly used sponge glues are as follows:
35 ° breathable sponge rubber: compression rate is 35%, die cutting times are 1 million times, speed is 9000 times / hour, used for paper jam.
20 ° sealed arch sponge: compression rate is 50%, die cutting times are 250,000 times, speed is 7500 times / hour, used for corrugated paper.
60 ° solid type adhesive tape: used in narrow position, such as the position where the distance between die cutters is less than 8mm.
70 ° arch type rubber strip: used for the die cutting knife punching position, and the distance between the knife and the wire <10mm.
Installation method of rebound sponge:
The sponge condition should be at least 1mm away from both sides of the die-cutting blade body, and cannot be installed close to the body, otherwise, the sponge rubber strip cannot expand in the direction of the blade body after being compressed, and can only expand in the other direction, which causes paper to be pulled to both sides In addition, the die cutter can cut the paper for the whole year, and it has been pulled off by the sponge, which will cause fluff and paper dust. In addition, the sponge rubber should be about 1.2mm higher than the blade edge, depending on the hardness of the appropriate adjustment. If the hardness is> 35 ° Shore, it should be <1.2mm, if the hardness is <35 ° Shore, it should be> 1.2mm. In principle, the softer the sponge glue, the higher the height. The correct height of the sponge glue can make the wood sample faster.
On the whole wooden mold, the quantity, hardness and height of sponge glue should be evenly distributed in various positions, and sponge glue should also be arranged on both sides of the balancing knife.
In short, all the materials on the wooden mold, the height and hardness of the die cutter, die cutter wire, sponge glue, and indentation line should be well balanced. This not only has a good die cutting effect, but also can increase the speed of the automatic die cutting machine.
Of course, the reason for the fluff and dust in the die cutting of the color box is also related to the accuracy of the die cutting machine, the flatness of the bottom steel plate and the pressure adjustment, such as increasing the pressure indiscriminately, no matter how good the knife, no matter how good the sponge glue is use. Experts believe that when the automatic die-cutting machine starts to adjust the pressure, it should be adjusted to about 80% of the wear, and then use the bottom material to supplement the wear according to different positions, and then lock the pressure and then formally cut.
