Detail: Halogen-free light guide plate ink

Halogen-free light guide plate ink (L100) is mainly used in light guide plate printing, and it is made of imported raw materials, does not contain halogen cluster elements, has excellent adhesion performance to PMMA sheets, and has superior optical performance. The ink formulation can be adjusted according to the user's needs.

Advantages: This product is an environmentally friendly light guide plate ink, halogen content is zero.

Features: This product adopts the international advanced equipment, which is made of high-speed dispersed grinding. The nano-light guide particles are evenly distributed in the resin. It conforms to various conditions of screen printing.

Uses: mainly used in large-size light guide plates such as 15”, 17”, 19”, 22”.

Screen printing screen number: 300 is recommended.

Curing drying time: At room temperature (25°C), complete drying time is about 3 hours. The recommended baking condition is 60°C for 40 minutes.

Thinner: 783 Thinner is a slow-drying mixed solvent. It is not corrosive to PMMA sheets. It can be used to mix inks with viscosity and scratches.

Cleaning solvent: 783 diluent or acetone, cyclohexanone and other suitable solvents.

Application industry: LCD TVs, LCD monitors, ultra-thin light boxes, medical film viewers, computer light keyboards, LED light screens, home appliances, VCD screens and other backlight sources.

This product contains organic solvent materials, avoid direct contact with the skin during use, and never approach fire sources to avoid disasters.
