According to reports, a new type of industrial platinum resistance thermometer was developed for the temperature measurement sensor development project, and the calibration method for the parameters of this type of temperature measurement sensor was determined through experiments. The temperature sensor absorbs the advantages of the standard platinum resistance thermometer structure and overcomes the shortcomings of the existing industrial platinum resistance structure. Compared with the existing AA and A grade industrial platinum resistance, the temperature measurement range is wider, reaching -200 ~ 420 ℃, the accuracy is higher, the maximum error is only ± 0.05 ℃. The sensor has high stability and good repeatability. Its successful development has greatly improved the accuracy of industrial platinum resistance temperature measurement. It is fully capable of on-site calibration of various industrial temperature measuring instruments and equipment, and can replace second-class in some occasions. The standard platinum resistance thermometer reduces the use frequency of the second-class standard platinum resistance thermometer, avoids the loss caused by the frequent use of the second-class standard platinum resistance thermometer, saves the measurement cost, and can also be used in various occasions that require precise temperature measurement.
